Kitchenette is private and contains a refrigerator, table for two, microwave, sink, and single burner electric induction hob. It does not have an oven. Bathroom is also private. Back patio is a shared space. The grassy portion of the back yard is strictly off limits and not a part of the reservation. The door between the bathroom and the kitchenette is irregular, with a low clearance and step down.
