The saltwater pool will be the place your family unwinds and defines relaxation. The pool area has two sun loungers and a lovely patio set that is so comfortable you want to spend all day there. The boat dock is a perfect place to fish, or if you're lucky, to see the Manatees and Dolphins go by. The pool has two heat sources.  Complimentary passive solar heat. Which will raise the temperature to approximately 10 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. This is usually sufficient in summer months.  But active heating is optional and will be $110 per reservation and will be heated to 85-90 degrees.  Payment can be made by Venmo and information can be found in your check-in email.  This home has a gas grill for cooking out, as well as a large, well-equipped kitchen with a chef-worthy gas Kucht oven.
