Quick access to the Colorado Wildlife area, hiking of Twin Buttes, and only 10 minutes to downtown Durango. Close to skiing, fishing, hunting, and all the recreation the Durango area offers.You can cross-country ski or ride mountain bikes out the front door! Pets are welcome but please keep them off the beds and couch as the hair is challenging to remove.
