This gorgeous 6000 sf home sits on 40 acres at 8000 ft just 20 min west of Golden, Colorado at the gateway to the Rocky Mountains. Full of gorgeous artwork, this modern masterpiece boasts scenic views of huge peaks to the west and wildlife viewing out every door and window. Spread out over 3 levels, each guest has their own serene space to relax and enjoy nature. Chose your own adventure whether it be skiing, biking, climbing, hiking, rafting, fly fishing and more!You have the entire house and 40 acres to yourselves. You will be checked in personally by our house manager that lives two miles away. Therefore we have strict check-in hours between 10am and 7pm. You need a car and a 4WD may be necessary in winter months. The house manager offers a concierge service for groceries and such. We have a no pet policy. The house does not have AC but at 8000 ft in Colorado, AC is not necessary. J
