Includes a two car covered garage. The backyard has Sonoran Desert landscaping, with a covered terrace, grass area and private non-heated pool with deck. There is no barbecue grill. Guests will have the house for themselves and will not be sharing it. The house fits 4 people comfortably, with option for 2 more guests to stay in the sofa bed by the Den.The ma
