This summer-early fall lakeside camp offers almost all of the comforts of home in a beautiful and peaceful setting. The property comes with a canoe, as well as a shared dock where you can tie up your small motor or sailboat. A public boat launch is located across the pond. Swimming is ideal in this clean, milfoil-free lake. Watch the loons, kingfishers and great blue herons as you canoe or kayak the quiet waters. The pond is adjacent to the 25,000 acre Groton State Forest offering many miles of hiking and biking on logging roads, snowmobile trails and a new rail-to-trail. Peacham Pond is home to at least 3 pairs of Common Loons, most of which produce one or two chicks each season. Mid to late September features the fall foliage season, not to be missed.Inside, the light and airy camp has Vermont native pine floors and walls. A complete and well-equipp
