Riverview · Huge Yard, Quiet Cul-de-Sac, Perfect for Families Ranch style, one-story home on a quiet cul-de-sac 10 minutes south of downtown Sacramento and 20 minutes to Sacramento International Airport. The home is close to the river where you can find Scott's Seafood and bike trails. We have a huge backyard with lots of fruit trees. Note: it is illegal to host any parties at a short-term rental in Sacramento. We do not allow parties of any kind.We have owned this home since 2002. We love it because it is so safe and quiet, as well as being close to downtown and the freeway. We have a large enclosed backyard that is great for dogs and kids. We have a garden with fruits and vegetables that you are welcome to use while you are here. We use the garage for storage so we occasionally will need to grab something out of there but we give our guests privacy during their stay so we will not go into the home or the backyard.Guests have full access to the entire home. Please do not park in fron
