There is a large deck, a view of Silver Lake (including a playground, fishing pier, and a nice sandy swim area). Also located 0.2 miles from the T-Docks offering a boat launch onto the Eagle River Chain of 28 Lakes! Dyer Park is next to the T-Docks with lots of picnic tables, a fishing pier and green space. This is all free for anyone to use.Our home is located on the snowmobile trail and ATV/UTV trail. Also within walking distance to town including cute shops, ice cream stores, street dances in the summer, tons of community events and grocery stores. We supply 2 adult bikes for you in case you want to bike to the Farmer's Market or somewhere else just outside of town.
