Perfect place if you are coming with a boat. There is enough room for a boat and a few cars. The boat landing is only 3 minutes away “kawaguesaga boat/ canoe landing, and connects with lake Minocqua through the channel in less than a few minutes. This property is near the lake, perfect for summer get away, kayaking, boating, biking or trail walk and fishing trip. Near to everything! Near the beach, and walking distance to the bearskin trails. Near restaurants, and shopping. Other things to notePlease have in mind that this the north woods. This condo is in the woods around a lot of Pine trees, so it could be a little messy outside from the pine needles some times, especially with bad weather. You will experience some of the wildlife having your meals in the back yard. Quiet hours 10 PM. No fireworks!
