It is located in a select gated community, Cumbrian Lakes, which has a children's play area and lakeside walks. The villa's south facing pool overlooks a wooded conservation area, and hedges between us and our neighbors mean the pool deck has a secluded feel to it .Additional cost for pool/spa heat.The home has one large master suite with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a queen bedroom with a bathroom right next to it with a hallway entrace. Finally there are two twin bed rooms that share a jack and jill bathroom.
