The game room includes a pool table, a ping pong table & a dart boardThe outside of our home features a large private swimming pool with southwest sun exposure, unique with no direct rear neighbors, a covered lanai, comfortable seating, sun loungers, & outdoor dining area. There is an option to add pool heat ($35/day) and/or use the BBQ grill ($75/stay).The community center is a short, 5-minute walk from our house. If you intend to use the Resort Community Pool area, the resort charges a $35 (plus tax)
