Original Lucerne-in-Maine cabin Enjoy a quiet, peaceful vacation in a secluded rustic original Lucerne-in-Maine cabin nestled among mature trees on the side of a mountain. Our cabin, built in 1929, has 2 bedrooms, a screened porch, a sun filled dining room, and, a 16x24 ft. deck, all overlooking scenic views of Phillips Lake and the surrounding mountains. You will enjoy the outdoors the entire time you spend at our cabin. We have provided almost all the amentities you will need; including all cooking utensils, linens, outdoor furniture, fire pit, propane or charcoal grill. Or, spend some quiet time in the cabin enjoying a fire in the granite fireplace.When you venture out to explore Maine's beauty; you will be located 10 - 15 miles from Bangor / Brewer, Maine to the north & Ellsworth, Maine to the south; both of these areas have Super Walmart and any other possible ammenity you may need.Further to the south (34 miles) is Bar Harbor, Maine; Mount Desert Island and Acadia National Park.
