Serene Log Cabin Nestled Among the Battlefields

Located in Middletown, New York, United States. Serene Log Cabin Nestled Among the Battlefields This custom built log house (sleeps 4-5)sits on the original spring house foundation from the early 1800's. The house is in the foot hills of the Maryland Mountains near world class golf resorts, ski resorts, shopping, antiquing, fantastic hiking, and some of the nation’s most important historic battlefields. The cabin is all wood inside and out. It has a large stone fireplace, as well as a classic wood stove which can be used for cooking and baking. Unfortunately due to a few incidents we have changed our policy to no wood-burning fires inside the cabin. We do have a fireplace insert that holds fuel cans that burn for a nice cozy atmosphere without endangering our guests or the cabin. We’ve recently installed a new heating and AC system so the cabin is warm and toasty in with red and cool in summer.
