Taconic is one of the best parks in the area, complete with swimming hole & children’s pool at the entrance of the park, Bash bish falls & countless hikes, it’s also home to cabin and tent camping. - We are also 15 min from the Catamount Ski Hills and 28 minutes from Ski Butternut, if you are visiting during ski season. - We are also walking distance to aa stunning converted rail to bike trail that goes through forests, farms and towns etc. - We are surrounded by rolling hills, small family farm-stands and charming towns such as Hillsdale, Hudson and Millerton , Great Barrington and countless others.- There’s a bike shop that rents bikes open seasonally too. - We love our home for it’s location as much as it’s interior.
