My place is easy to get to using gps, peaceful, clean, and centrally located. 75" TV, wifi, and a popcorn maker will provide an awesome movie night experience. Water and a few snacks will always be available no matter what time you arrive. You will have the entire house to yourself with my bedroom and the garage off limits. I installed black out curtains so you can sleep in. Your queen bed will have a protective mattress cover to ensure a fresh mattress for each guest. Your own private bathroom located in your master bedroom. Walking distance to everything downtown like Banks, the YMCA, Wilmington Hospital, St. Francis Hospital, multiple parks (my favorite is Brandywine Park & Cool Springs Park), and places to eat.
