Located in East Dubuque, Illinois, United States. Floating stationary river boat! Custom design! Come stay at our floating oasis on the backwaters of the Mississippi river! This 70 foot houseboat is newly remodeled and ready for you and your guests. It features a custom kitchen, a master bedroom with a full bed and a tv, a bunkhouse room with a full bed, and a basement bedroom with 2 full beds. The living room has a trundle couch that turns into a king-size bed. We also have a full size air mattress. The boat is located at Millennium Marina.You will have to walk on a dock to get to the boat. Things are a little different than a typical "home", but its super fun! The roof may NOT be accessible at all times of the year (like when it is super cold, raining, or snowing). If there is ANY snow at all, we ask you DO NOT go on the roof, as it can be dangerous.
