Yours is the bottom portion (not a basement), which is 2100 sq ft and is a separate private living space with a private entrance. It is beautiful with high ceilings and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry facility, theater room, and wifi. 2 high quality queen beds, 1 full size bed with memory foam, and one quality twin bed. There is also a very nice queen sofa sleeper and two smaller couches. It has granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, 9-ft ceilings, and real hardwood floors throughout. Your unit has a walk-out entrance with a beautiful yard with a large lawn.Your access is the bottom (north entrance). There are no steps and it is wheelchair accessible.
