You will be warmly welcomed & comfy. Duplex-style with private entrance, we offer an artsy farmhouse suite with living room, bedroom and bathroom. No kitchen. Organic linens, natural latex mattress and coffee/tea bar. We are a chemical-FREE house: no off-gassing, no plug-ins, etc. House is on well water; h20 has a very slight sulphur smell. NO WIFI, YES ethernet. We are on a main route convenient to Ithaca, Geneva, Watkins Glen, etc., but it is quiet and peaceful here across from a field of romping cows.
