It is just 20 miles from Cooperstown and 20 miles from Utica. We are truly centrally located for Ny state. This house is surrounded by our 80 acre property. The house features nice quiet surroundings with a large yard that is perfect for the kids to run and play. You can sit on the front porch and watch the sun come up or sit by a fire to watch the sunset with the bullfrogs singing. We encourage you to enjoy the country.
