The house has been upgraded with a brand new central air conditioning & duct system, a new roof, a new refrigerator, new dishwasher, new master bathroom and a new chain link fence outside of patio. This is a non smoking home. Smoking can be done on the outside of the house. There is a gas BBQ grill. All grilling is to be done outside. Please never grill in the patio!!2 Pets are allowed. Pet fee is $100 per stay. Crate & gates available if needed.There may be some pet limitations that need to be discussed with the owner. A fenced in area outside the 900 sq. ft. patio for the BBQ & dog play area is available. Please clean up after your pets. No pets are allowed unsupervised in the house or on furniture. Dog claws scratch leather furniture. When dogs are left alone in the house, they should be
