It has a laundry room. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo. Tile floors throughout. A romantic fireplace is in the living room. Smoking is allowed on the huge front porch, where you can relax and let your worries float away! Behind the house there is a fire pit, too. The Battle of Missionary Ridge was fought on these grounds. I have found bullets, cannon balls, and shot while digging in the flower beds. I live across the street and the garden is located behind the "eyeball" wall. It is on old 3 tiered garden with 2 ponds.
