The outside of this home features a parking in back and street parking in the front. Perfect for a short-term and long-term stays! NO SMOKING!!!! Booker must be 21+1. If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking 2. Guest acknowledges that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10pm 3. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” also includes the use of a vape pens and marijuana and includes any premise of the building. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed (smoking in the rear of property in the parking area is ok) 4. There cannot be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to immediate removal
