The fenced backyard leads to the banks of the East Verde, sometimes a gushing river, other times a rocky stream, where locals wade and catch the stocked trout. Riverbanks are lined by grass, flowers and blackberries which you are welcome to pick! Our property includes a unique stone embankment where swallows and other birds like to zip by, with a steep hill behind leading to national forest land. Watch for wandering deer and elk!Inside there is an open living and dining area with a fully stocked kitchen - just bring your favorite food! There is a loft bedroom with a pleasant sitting area close to the air on warm afternoons, with room for friends or family in the sleeper couch
