Located at the end of a private cul-des-ac, sitting less than 15 steps from the water, and neighbored directly to the North by Minert Park and it's thousands of feet of undeveloped beach - you won't find a more private setting on Lake Michigan. You also won't find a better place to sleep with the window cracked listening to the waves. The large deck has seating for 15+ with panoramic views that take a full morning coffee to appreciate.
