Stays longer than 30 days require a professional cleaning every two weeks at the expense of the guest and electric is not included for stays longer than 14 days. This is a first floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that comfortably sleeps 6 people.Please refrain from smoking of any kind either inside the condo or on the front and back decks as it could impact the neighbors around you.
