Great appliances/laminated & tile floors/washer & dryer/beach towels/toiletries. WiFi, Board Games, DISH TV with Netflix, and a private deck out back with BBQ. Lakeside beach area available only to this neighborhood.We live in a quiet neighborhood - all residential. Most of the homes are second homes. You can walk to the lake (in 5 minutes ... approx 75 yards) and walk to the village (in about 15 minutes) and walk to a great hiking trail (15 min). Lake temperature during the summer ranges from 70-80 degrees. There is a beach area by our community dock which is ideal for summer days lakeside.
