Located in Colbert, Washington, United States. Serene Hideaway near nature and the Little Spokane River Peace, serenity, deer, moose, birds, river sounds, and privacy. Enjoy a private entrance to this daylight basement guest suite. Access to the guest suite has a portion of the walkway that is grass with a slight slope. In the winter months there may be snow. House trained well-behaved dogs are welcome too! There is a severe cat allergy, so unfortunately NO CATS are allowed. A home away from home. The guest suite contains a large bedroom with a king size bed. There is also space for one or two cots. Please let us know if you need them and we will make them available. The living/dining area has a Flexsteel couch, electric recliner, two chairs, and a 75" screen TV with Xfinity Flex streaming and high-speed internet. The kitchen is unfinished and ugly, but full sized and fully functional, just not finished and unfortunately there is no dishwasher. There is an RO faucet attached to the sink for the best water you will ever taste.
