Waterfront Cottage with Private Beach

Waterfront Cottage with Private Beach Our cozy retreat is a rustic, classic Plum Island cottage that sits on The Basin, with a private beach and stunning west facing sunset views over the water. The ocean trail is a block away, and you can be sitting on the beach in 5 minutes. For a fun bit of city life, downtown Newburyport is a 10 minute drive. Our home is fully furnished with Fire TV televisions in the living room and in the master bedroom, a well stocked kitchen, two bedrooms and a screened in wrap around porch facing the basin. All linens and towels, and 4 beach chairs are provided. The indoor bathroom is a half bath, and the shower is located outside. There is parking for four vehicles.
