Riverside is on 1st floor, has 2 bedrooms, LR, eat in kitchen and patio and porch. 4 guests maximum and sleeping on the couch is not allowed. Other things to note…The pros: The Benjamin on Franklin is close to everything…shops, bars, restaurants, train, water sports. Everything is brand new as of 12/22 (furniture, linens, lighting, kitchen items including glassware and utensils, etc.)Front and back porch/patio are cool spots for sipping cocktails or coffee. No need for a car if you don’t want to drive because everything is walking distance but plenty of parking if you do have cars. Ability to rent both units for a larger group.
