We call the location "Blueberry Point" after all the blueberry bushes that grow along the lake shore. You can relax in the peaceful atmosphere, enjoying boating, fishing, and sunbathing on your own private dock.Explore over 200 ft of water frontage! There is a large level yard with plenty of parking and horseshoe pits and basketball hoops. Also included is a shore-side fire pit, outdoor tables & chairs, dock, a 14' aluminum rowboat w/oars, and registered for up to 9.9hp (your) motor, 17' canoe w/ paddles and life preservers and seat cushions.
