Located in Houston, Alaska, United States. Attached guest house The place is an attached private guest house with separate entrance located in a dead end street. There is no traffic. It is quite and super clean. Just finished remodeling. At the main house is a nice swimming pool. My guests are welcome to enjoy the pool.There is a new 4 burner gas stove, new fridge, a queen bed, big closet, kitchen cabinets and everything else you need in he kitchen to prepare a meal. Flooring is all over beautiful ceramic tile. The guest house is approx.. 455 Square feet and there is a covered front patio 60 square feet with table and bench. You have a washing machine and dryer on the patio.The house is about 4 minutes from major HWYs such as I-10 and BW 8.Five minutes away from brand new Memorial hospital and Memorial mal. About 15 minutes drive to the Galleria and down town Houston.Ten minutes from HCC.
