The second level has an additional full bath, as well as two bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and one with a queen and two twin sized beds. Great amenities include wireless internet, two window a/c units, an enclosed outdoor shower and your choice of a charcoal or gas grill. 2 night minimums available off season with an added $115 cleaning fee. Weekly rentals include cleaning fee. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided.
