Living space on three levels. The main level has a kitchen, dining area, living room, full bath, laundryand one bedroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath. On the lower level is a room with a ping pong table. Cable internet access with Wifi. Wrap around deck with 4 burner gas grill and fire pit in the front yard. There are approximately 27 miles of dirt roads for biking, walking, and jogging. The community beach has a permanent volleyball net, barbecue grills, picnic tables, two swim rafts, play grouend,etc. The house is about 4 miles from the center of Moultonborough and 17 miles north of Wolfeboro. Castle in the Clouds is about a five minute drive with it's miles of hiking trails and excellent restaurant and Castle tours.I live about 4 miles away and am always available via text, email, or voice.The Suissevale community asks that renters not use the beach on Sat
