Electricity is provided entirely by the sun from a 2k watt solar array with battery for nights and cloudy days. Water (potable) is provided to the tiny house from a private well. The stove, tankless hot water heater and furnace are fueled by propane. There is a window AC unit and ceiling fans (both fueled by the solar system) to keep cool on hotter days.The full kitchen comes complete with an oven range, coffee pot, toaster, a microwave, blender, a full sized refrigerator, and is stocked with a complete set of pots and pans, knives, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, mugs, wineglasses and flatware etc. The living area and dining nook offer plenty of space for comfortable indoor
