A short walk down the hall and down the steps leads you right onto the sand! *Please note it's located on the third floor of a non elevator building.* This two bedroom, one and a half bath condo has everything you need for a relaxing time. Both couches can sleep one extra guest if needed. Most recently the kitchen was updated with granite counter tops and modern backsplash. The master bedroom has a full sized bed and a private half bath. Guest bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom located in the hallway. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv for times when you wish to relax inside. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area and steps out to a lovely balcony where you can see the ocean. When you need a break - enjoy the private pool or just walk across the street to the popular Shore Drive shops and eateries such as Flip
