Large, fully stocked kitchen that opens to the living space with a tv and comfortable seating. This is a mother-in-law house behind the main house and has it's own paver driveway that can accommodate 2 cars. The yard space for the casita is private and open with all native plants and some fragrant star Jasmine to smell while sitting outside. The neighborhood is quiet and residential with hiking close by. Please no street parking.This rental includes the casita and patio space at the entry. The other house on the property is rented out separately we ask that you respect the other guests privacy. Also, please no parking on the street. The main house has a very large driveway that you can park in if there is need for overflow but this needs to be okayed by us before hand. Please just park close to the guest house and keep room to still drive through the wrap around drive if this is okayed.IMPORTANT!!!
