This is such an amazing location on 28th Street, 5 houses from the sand and walking distance to everything including the Newport Pier, shops and restaurants. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal for your family after a long day at the beach. We even provide a few basic pantry items (salt & pepper, cooking oil, starter amount of coffee pods, etc...)The living room / dining room all open to the kitchen and have a view of the ocean. We get such great ocean breezes in this unit so turn off the AC and open the windows (when it's not too hot of course). The couch has a full size pull out mattress.The balcony has a propane bbq (we provide propane). We have great Air Conditioning (don't be fooled you do need it in Newport)!
