Unit #174 of Beach Dreams Cottages is a seasonal cottage available from mid May to mid October and it offers many amenities as well as proximity to the best shopping, restaurants & beaches in Southern Maine including York, Kittery, Portsmouth, Freeport, Kennebunk, Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. We are under 1 mile from Moody beach as well. If you are interested in a day trip we are also a short 1/2 hour drive north to Portland.The cottage offers a main bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a full bed. In the living room there is a full sleeper sofa. Also included are a/c, washer and dryer, eat-in kitchen and a comfortable three season porch to relax on with cocktails and apps after a nice day at the beach.
