This newly remodeled waterfront property offers a gentle slope to the water perfect for swimming and wading. It is usually deep enough to moor a boat or jet skis right at the shore although if the water level fluctuates you might have to tie it up a little further out or use our boat slip at the marina less than a quarter of a mile down the road. Current boat registration and proof of insurance is required to use the boat slip. This is also the closest boat ramp.The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen. It will sleep 6 if the queen sized sofa bed is used. There is also room for floor mattresses if prior arrangements are made. It also has 2 full baths, one with a shower and deep tub combo, the master offers a walk in shower next to a jacuzzi tub. A laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is off the first bathroom.
