It is part of a larger tree covered two acre property with 254 feet of frontage on Mill Pond. Although called a "pond", Mill Pond has a six-foot tide twice-a-day from the ocean. Guests are welcome to use the fire pit and patio by Mill Pond. The unit sleeps 2 adults in the Queen-Sized bed. We also have a pack and play that guests with a small child can use free of charge. One covered parking space is also included. The unit has heat, air conditioner, wireless internet and a TV with DVD and Netflix/Amazon.
