Our retreat will accommodate up to 16 guests. The beachfront duplex is composed of two adjacent cottages providing over 2000 square feet of luxury space together. The main house provides 1500 sq ft. Each unit in the gulf front duplex has two bedrooms, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area, living area and a beautiful porch where you can enjoy the views. The kitchen in each unit is equipped granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including smooth-top stove, a beautiful dining set, and every appliance and utensil we could think of. You will find everything you need to make a gourmet family meal or have a casual night in.Each living room is spacious and features a large flat screen TV, comfortable seating and views of the beach
