The covered porch is a new addition to the home, which is breathtaking! Downstairs you will find a boiling pot with propane burner and a charcoal grill along with an outdoor shower and commode.  Nearest golf cart crossover path is #1.9 Birch Lane. NOTE: 2nd bathroom includes shower, lavatory and toilet.  It is located downstairs in a closed in room.Note: Island Realty has no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time.  The project
