You can call VRBO or do an instant booking that will get you into our condo for only $2395.00 a month. If you stay two months or the price of only $2395.00 per month but If you rent for two months, that we require, we can give you a $100.00 discount for the second month. You would need to send us a text so that we can make sure that you get that extra discount by staying two months with us. We ask that you stay at least two months for this price. These prices are ONLY for November-February of each year. We don't rent monthly except for these months. March is asked for often but we don't rent for the months of March-October as a snowbird because of spring break starting in the month of March each year.
