We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood. Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...The house is nestled on the side of the hill and access requires descent of several stairs. We would not advise renting this property if you have a person who cannot manage 50 outdoor stairs. The house is located at 9200ft, the stairs will get your heart rate up, every time! We have a professional snow removal service who will keep the property maintained, the snow melts quickly on the elevated graded metal steps The pathway is well lit with a motion light illuminating the path.
