Towels, shampoo & soap provided. Unit has an on-demand water heater. There is a Smart TV downstairs. You can sign into and watch your streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, etc) on the TV, we do not provide any TV services/cable at this time. Outside we offer a picnic table, BBQ propane grill, and chairs. Two parking spaces for Farmhouse and they are behind the Tiny Home and labeled.
