You'll have Full access and privacy in an apartment style unit where there's a nice balcony. The neighborhood isn't pretty but it is safe and quiet.The Space:This is one of four separate rental apartments in this Fourplex. This is a 1st-floor unit where you will need to climb stairs. There isn't much to walk to but you are close to everything.Guest Access:Guest have access to the entire apartment and private parking in the back.The Neighborhood:The neighborhood is on the upswing but not completely back yet. The neighborhood isn't pretty but it is safe and quiet.Getting Around:We are right off the bus route to downtown Indianapolis.Interaction with Guests:I am always available by contacting me thr
