Truly a FISHERMAN'S DREAM, offering quick and easy access to WORLD CLASS FISHING on the BAY-SIDE (Tarpon, Snook, Redfish) or OCEAN-SIDE (Grouper, Yellowtail, Mahi, Tuna), EXTRA WIDE/deep/clear canal, and a marina with bait/fuel and boat rentals on the way out. Founders park offers a convenient ramp to launch and it's a 20-minute boat ride from the marina to our dock ($20 in + $20 out). If you're more of a land lover, there are plenty of bars and restaurants just minutes away to enjoy the sunset with a cocktail in hand.Guest will have the entire 2nd floor (4bed/2bath as pictured), 30' of the dock with fish cleaning station and parking for 2 cars & 1 boat trailer.
