These renovations are being enforced by the state and based on a recent inspection to the building. This is happening all over Florida after an incident in Miami a few years back. Our condo is not involved in those renovations but there will be what could be renovation noise (construction related inconvenience) and want to bring that to your attention. The work hours will start at 8am and stop at 5pm, Monday to Friday. Because the work will be done in the area of the pool or close enough to the pool at the upper levels, the board has decide to restrict usage of the pool to between 6pm to 10pm during the week.
