This is on a property with a private residence. Perfect for traveling nurses. Best for 1 person only or 2 people who work/vacationing off site. There can be noise on the property between the hours of 7:30am-7:30pm.Freestanding 600 sq ft - 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bath Cottage on 2 rural Acres in Atascadero, CA. Truly a country feel but only 2 miles from Downtown Atascadero. We are located on the Central Coast and 10-30 minutes away from daily trips to Paso Robles Wine Country, Templeton, San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly), Los Osos, Morro Bay, Avila Beach and Cambria. Cottage is fully stocked for a comfortable stay away from home. Located within 10-25 minutes of 5 hospitals.You have your own private patio facing the back pasture and mountains with the view of evening sunsets. There is a common yard for a small dog .( 20lbs or less which we request to be crated
