It sleeps 12 people.Being on the GROUND LEVEL offers a lot more comfort and ease.  Watch your young children play right outside the back porch.  Come and go to the beach much more easily from the lower level.  The beach will be much more inviting if getting there isn't such a chore.  The beach area at SOUTH BEACH is premium.
